Chai Bread -
Makes 1 Loaf
1 3/4 cups all purpose
flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup white sugar
1/2 cup lowfat cream cheese
2 eggs
3/4 cup mashed bananas
1/4 cup brewed Mystic Spiced Chai
Method:
In a medium bowl mix together flour, baking powder, and salt. In a separate
bowl mix sugar, cream cheese, and eggs until light and fluffy. Sitr
mashed bananas and Mystic Spiced Chai into cream cheese mixture. Add
flour mixture and mix until smooth. Pour mixture into greased 9x5 inch
loaf pan. Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 60 minutes. Cool on
rack. Remove from pan after 10 mins.
Spicy
Chai-Grilled Chicken
- Serves 4
4 skinless, boneless
chicken breast halves
2 Tbsp. Spicy Garlic Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp. Caribbean Spice Rub
1/4 cup Mystic Spiced Chai
Citrus & Cilantro Grapeseed Oil
Method:
Rub chicken with soy sauce, then with spice rub, pressing spices into
flesh. Prepare coals. When coals are hot, sprinkle Mystic Spiced Chai
over coals; immediately place chicken on rack and cover grill. Cook,
turning periodically and brushing with grapeseed oil, until chicken
is done. Test chicken for doneness by cutting into thickest portion;
chicken is done when juices are no longer pink.

Spiced Toddy
1 scoop Mystic Spiced
Chai
6 oz. hot water
1/2 oz. spiced rum
Mix 1 scoop, or 3 tablespoons, of
Mystic Spiced Chai with 6 oz. of hot
water. Add 1/2 oz. of spiced rum.

Chocolate Banana Freeze
1 scoop Mystic Spiced
Chai
3 Tbsp. chocolate syrup
1 cup ice
2 oz. water or milk
1 banana
In blender, combine 1 scoop or 3 tablespoons
of Mystic Spiced Chai, 3 Tbsp. of
chocolate syrup, 2 oz. of water or milk
and 1 cup
of ice. Chop banana into
large slices and add to blender.
Blend until smooth.

Hot Stuff
1 scoop Mystic Spiced
Chai
6 oz. hot water
1 oz. Irish Cream
Mix 1 scoop, or 3 tablespoons, of
Mystic Spiced Chai with 6 oz. of
hot water. Add 1 oz. of Irish Cream
